ROLLER SKIS


As you probably know, if you want to ski during the summer, you'll have to go to the Alps, to a glacier, or take a plane to a far away place like the Patagonia or New Zealand. But, if you want to continue skiing in the Pyrenees, at home, you'll be able to do this, not on wooden skis, like up to now but on roller skis. This is an effective and fun way to improve your fitness level.

Whether you are an Alpine, Nordic, or Randonnais skier, you will enjoy the feeling of the rollers:

If you practice alpine skiing, you'll be able to improve your balance, finding your foot (intermediate balance position) so important when you descend a steep slope. You will learn use your mass centre correctly as a control mechanism and you'll get fit for the coming season.

If you practice Nordic skiing, you'll find the solution so as not to stop practising your favourite sport, whether classic style or skating.

If you practice mountain skiing (ski-alpine) you'll be able to start the pre-season at a good rhythm. Come and do some descents before it starts to snow.
